Eligibility
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in original condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging.
• Due to hygiene standards, worn jewelry cannot be returned.
• Final Sale Items (including earrings, clearance items, and personalized pieces) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Process
1. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@goldennoireofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item(s) back.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
• Please allow 7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear on your account.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
• Exchanges may be requested within the 14-day return window.
• If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
